Gary is a social entrepreneur with a proven track record of success in business. He has a bold mission statement to bring happiness, success and fun to everyone that he meets as well as an extravagant target to touch the lives of 500 million people by 2020. Gary is now bringing his passion for positive change and disruptive technology into the world of blockchain and cryptocurrencies, launching Surge, a tokenised cryptocurrency fund.
Prior to Surge, Gary founded E-Web Marketing, propelling the company to win multiple business awards including BRW’s Fast 100 List, Deloitte Technology’s Fast 50 List, and BRW Best Place to Work in Australia.
Rohit Verma
COO / Strategy & Tech
Rohit brings a wealth of experience to Scale and is responsible for driving the group’s strategy. His corporate career has been diverse career, cofounding a private equity / hedge fund, as well strategic consulting. He is a director of a leading digital agency that has advised brands including Boost Juice, Sushi Sushi and Pioneer on mobile strategy.
Rohit is passionate about emerging technologies including AI and is an investor in various blockchain-based start-ups. He holds a Masters Degree in Business Systems from Monash University, and a Bachelors in Commerce with majors in Marketing & HRM.
Bryan Santos
CFO / The Deal Maker
Bryan’s background is in growing businesses. He is passionate about advising and partnering with business owners to massively improve the sales and profitability of their companies while structuring them for optimum value. Demand for Bryan’s time and attention is extraordinarily high given his extensive track record of adding extraordinary values to enterprises.
Bryan is a multi business owner who has coached and advised owners and executives of hundreds of businesses over the years. His clients have ranged in size from start-ups to multimillion dollar turnover organisations in dozens of industries.
