New Release Wines …

Introducing the 2018 ‘The Tsatsaris Shiraz’ – named after Maria & Chris Tsatsaris who planted the first vines on the estate in 1992.

This wine was made shortly after we took over the lease here and I still remember being blown away by the amazing colour! Brightly coloured fruit sparkles in the glass – lovely balanced tannins, white pepper & a refreshing acidity leave a very pleasant warmth in your mouth.

This is a wine that you can drink now in it’s bold youth or cellar for a couple of years and it will be outstanding.

The 2018 Pinot Noir has lovely black current & cherries that open up in the glass – well structured tannins balance the rich fruit and a hint of flint finishes a lovely unfiltered pinot noir that will continue to improve with age.

Our first over Reserve Pinot Noir is expected to be released around Easter – keep an eye out for this as there was only 300 bottles made of this wine.
